If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you should immediately cease all usage of this Website. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of this agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted at Transition website. Your continued use of the service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgment and acceptance of the agreement and its modifications.

All information on the Website, blogs and social media pages is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or professional advice. Therefore, it cannot be used and should not be relied upon. Price of products and services


The price of any product, service or package you purchase from the website is clearly mentioned and excludes VAT.
The total price, including VAT, if any, will be displayed in your order confirmation page before you confirm and pay for the order.

We reserve the right periodically to update the prices on the Website and to add to, amend, or withdraw the products and services that we offer, without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices are correct, but in the event of serious error, any transaction shall be voidable by us and you would then be entitled to a full refund.

Order placement


When you order a product or service from Transition website, you agree to purchase the requested service in accordance with these Terms. Your order request is subject to acceptance by us and we reserve the right to decline or refuse any such requests in our sole discretion without providing any reason. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product or Service your ordered is suitable for your needs.

We reserve the right to reject any order from the same applicant if more than 10 orders in the previous 12 months have been placed. Any such applicant is advised to contact us to info@transitiontechnologies.co.uk to discuss a bespoke affiliate, referral or partnership scheme. Such an arrangement would be at our discretion and subject to contract.

If applications continue to be submitted by an applicant where we have already confirmed in writing that further applications will not be accepted, no refunds shall be given.

Creating an account with us


Our Website provides an account facility which allows you to gain additional privileges and also to purchase products or services. Automatic and recurring payment authorization


Some of our products or services ordered from this website may require recurring payment. By using our website, you are granting us automatic and recurring payment authority of the card used to purchase the product or service (or an alternative one, if supplied). Some of our services which would incur automatic recurring payments are (but not limited to) registered office address service, directors address service, business address service or mail forwarding service.

We will send you a notice in advance of expiry date of our intention to process payment. You will also have the right to cancel the service.
Address services conditions

We will notify your new registered office (or directors service address) details at Companies House only if you purchase address services along with our company formation packages. If you purchase registered office or directors service address solely for your already existing company, then you are responsible for updating your address records at the Companies House.

Our registered office service is provided to receive only your official (statutory) post. Official post is defined as letters from HMRC, Companies House and the Courts of England and Wales. By purchasing an address service from Transition Technologies Limited, you are authorizing us to receive, sort and forward mail on your behalf. We will not accept non-statutory mail for you or your company through our registered office service or directors service address. To receive business mail at our offices, you should purchase our business address service (or mail forwarding service).

We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss they may incur due to non-delivery of post (both incoming and outgoing).
By purchasing any of our address services (registered office, director’s service address or business address/mail forwarding service), you consent to providing certified proof of ID and proof of address (the required ID), to ensure we fulfil our obligations regarding The London Local Authorities Act, and the current Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to comply with the ID requirements within 21 days of purchase, will result in a cancellation of the service and no refund will be provided.

If you fail to pay for renewal of your registered address service (or director’s address service) before the due date, you will be deemed irrevocably to have authorized us to change, with immediate effect, your registered address (or director’s service address) to your residential address or any other address you have previously provided us for this purpose. This new address information will be registered with Companies House (and displayed on public record).

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate any of our address service (without a refund if we cancel) in the event of abuse of the service (for example using our address as a return address for faulty goods or returns). We will remove our address from Companies House and change to your residential address or any other address you have previously provided us for this purpose.

No refunds are provided if you change your registered office address during course of the year.

Refund policy

Company formation service

You can cancel your company formation order within 14 days of the order date. You will receive a full refund minus a £10 administration charge. No refunds will be issued after 14 days of your order date. However, if your information is already submitted to Companies House, no refund will be issued even if your company formation is rejected.

Address services

You can cancel your address service within 14 days of order date. You will receive a full refund minus a £10 administration charge. No refunds will be issued after 14 days of your order date. If you fail to supply us with the ID and address proof (as per the current Anti-Money Laundering regulations and Know Your Customer requirements), we will cancel your address service and no refund will be issued.


All other products and services

If you purchase any other products or services, and provided we have not started working on it, a full refund minus £10 administration charge will be issued to you if you cancel within 14 days of your order. No refunds will be issued after 14 days of your order date.

Confidentiality

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account, and will keep your password(s) confidential. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. You will not disrupt the functioning of the Service, solicit another user’s password, or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other users’ use of the Service. Nor may you post or distribute any computer program that damages, detrimentally interferes with, surreptitiously intercepts, or expropriates any system, data, or personal information.
